Home Work Out Day

Since I don't have babysitting paid for at the gym for my oldest son, I spend the weekends trying to find some physical activity to do. Luckily for me, my complex is in the center of a mile long loop, so I can measure mileage whenever I go for a walk or jog. Today poses my first huge obstacle with watching what I eat. My daughter has a Christmas program to perform in today and afterward, there is a party in her classroom full of tons of tempting goodies and finger foods. I'm going to take it very light for lunch in hopes that I can nibble a little bit without too much guilt, but we'll see.
Work Out:
2 mile jog/walk
*physical activity - spending 2.5 hours putting up Christmas decorations/tree*
Diet:
Breakfast: 2 cups Mini Chocolate Swirlz; 3 g. fat (I'm out of my healthy cereal), 1 cup 2% milk; 5 g. fat
Water : 2 11oz glasses
Lunch: 1 cup of diced peaches
Water: 1 11oz glass
Snack: 1.5 chocolate chip cookies, 1 mini hot dog in a blanket, 6 red grapes, 4 crackers w/4 mini squares of cheese, 3 small stalks of celery w/veggie dip, 1 small brownie (this was from the party)
Dinner: none...forgot to eat because I working so hard on the freaking Christmas tree
I have forbidden myself from eating after 7pm, but I was so starving that at 10pm, I had 10 almonds. I couldn't take it anymore.
Water: 1 11oz. glass

What the scale said today: 175 lbs
