Sunday-A Day Of Rest
I usually plan my Sundays to not do any "real" exercise to give me and my muscles a break with all the pounding that I'm doing to my body. I am relishing it! LOL
Physical Activity:
Spending an hour vacuuming and dusting
Diet:
Breakfast: 3 medium pancakes made w/low-fat Bisquik and 2% milk, 1.5 lite turkey sausages
Water: 1 110z glass
Lunch: 1/4 of a peanut butter/honey sandwich, 3/4 large salad w/1 sliced up thin chicken breast w/2T. Fat-free Ranch dressing
Water: 1 11oz glass; 1 8oz glass
Dinner: 4 wooden spoonfuls of cheeseburger macaroni hamburger helper, small serving of yellow kernel corn, 1 buttery crescent roll
Water: 2 11 oz glasses
Dessert : 6 peanut butter M&M's
What the scale said today: 173.8 pounds
