Diet:
Breakfast: 1 light Yoplait Yogurt
Water: 4 .5L bottles of water (at gym)
Lunch: 98% Fat Free Ham, 98% Fat Free Turkey, swiss cheese sandwich on 100% whole wheat bread, mustard, lettuce and red onions. One pickle spear
Water: 2 8oz glasses
Dinner: 2 small salads w/tomatoes, garbonzo beans, red cabbage, a pinch of cheddar cheese, a pinch of hard boiled eggs, cucumbers, carrots and a pinch of fried noodles, 2 T. House Ranch each; 1 corn muffin, 1 small bowl of chicken noodle soup and 1 brownie with a small amount of fat free chocolate/vanilla frozen yogurt, chocolate sauce & toffee chips on top for dessert
Water: 2 8oz glasses
Oddest thing at the gym today: Hairy scrubs dude was back. He is starting to gross me out.
Biggest challenge for me today: going out to eat for the first time since I started my restricted eating. I tried to do well and all things considered, I did well compared to how I used to eat when I go to Soup Plantation. It's an all-you-can-eat soup/salad/pasta/bread place. I actually didn't do TOO bad and I still hit my cut off time of 7pm without missing a beat. I actually stopped eating at 6:15 so I was good to go. To practice that much restraint with THAT much food, good food at that, around you, was very hard. Thankfully I was in good company and our constant jaw-jacking helped get my mind off all the food my stomach was calling for.
Question of the day: If you can smell you, does that mean other people can smell you? Get back to me on that.
