Tired of being the "fat girl", I have made a dedication to finally be rid of all my weight. This will be my daily adventures into diet and exercise and some embarrassingly true things about my path to skinny-ville.

Home Work Out Day - Wednesday

I just couldn't take it anymore. I was feeling frustrated and defeated since I'm not able to do anything to work off the weight....with me being sick and feeling like something is crushing my spirit, it was hard to get motivated. So today, I said TO HELL WITH IT and despite having a stuffy nose and my head feeling heavy, I set out to go for a walk. I figured that it couldn't hurt and perhaps the fresh air would revitalize the spirit within. It did! I was so excited to finally get off my backside that I felt totally invigorated. I walked so well, even jogged a little and I felt like a new person. Looks like I'm finally back on track!

Exercise:
2 mile walk/jog: 1 mile walk only-15 minutes exactly; 1 mile jog/walk 13:10

Diet:
Breakfast: 1 cup Special K w/vanilla & almond, 1 cup 2% low fat milk
Lunch: 2 scoops potato casserole, 1 thin slice of baked ham, 3 forkfuls of homemade coleslaw, 5 low-fat triscuits, 5 thin slices of beef stick, 5 small squares of pepperjack cheese
Water: 2 11 oz. glasses
Snack : 2 chocolate cookies
Water: 1 8 oz. glass

What the scale said today: 171.2
