Tired of being the "fat girl", I have made a dedication to finally be rid of all my weight. This will be my daily adventures into diet and exercise and some embarrassingly true things about my path to skinny-ville.

Tuesday-Sick Day

Yeah, I would have thought by now that things would *start* getting better but I am remiss in that line of thinking. My cold has now moved into my chest and ears and I feel like a huge tub of lard being useless all day. What can I do? I can barely breathe, I can't do much without getting worn out. I wish I could be more active, but that's just not possible right now.

Diet:
Breakfast: none (woke up too late)
Lunch: Taco Bell-Cheesy Gordita Crunch, Chicken Ranchero Soft Taco and about 5 Cinnamon twists
Water: 3 8oz. glasses (at lunch); 3 11oz glasses (between lunch & dinner)
Dinner: 7 medium sized cheese filled packaged ravioli, small salad w/2 T. fat-free dressing, tomatoes & red onions, 2 small pieces of garlic bread
Water: 1 11oz glass

What the scale said today: 169.4 (I honestly don't know how that is happening)
