Recovery Day-Monday
Today was the first day that I *almost* felt human. My voice isn't as craggily. Bonus. I'm still blowing my nose and coughing up things I would much rather forget, but otherwise, I'm doing okay. Funny, considering that for two days straight I have had 6 hours of sleep a night.
I did get up early to hit the 50% off sales and that was a refreshing start to my day...getting $100 dollars worth of stuff that would have cost $200. LOL
Breakfast: none
Snack: 1 decaf peppermint cafe mocha from Starbucks. Holy Moly, that was GOOD. GOOD.
Lunch: 2 slices of ham, 2 spoonfuls of potato casserole, small salad w/1 T. fat-free ranch dressing
Water: 1 110z glass
Dinner: 3 lite pancakes, 2 slices of pork sausage w/ lite syrup
Water: 1 11oz glass
Dessert: small piece of cake w/ 2 scoops lite vanilla ice cream
Activity: A lot of walking while shopping, putting away all the Christmas decorations/tree, etc.
What the scale said today: 171.2 Crap.
