Recovery Day-Tuesday
I eat like crap. I feel like crap.
Diet:
Breakfast: 1.5 cups of Special K Vanilla and Almond Cereal w/2% lowfat milk
Lunch: Rubio's: 1 crispy fish taco, 10 tortilla chips, 3/4 small container of pinto beans, 3/4 small container of spanish rice, 12 Burger King french fries, 1 medium light lemonade
Dinner: 3 spoonfuls of homemade mac & cheese w/ham, 1 small salad w/1 T. Fat-free ranch dressing, 2 buttery crescent rolls
Water: 1 11oz glass
Dessert: 1 medium slice of cake w/2 scoops of lite vanilla ice cream
Activity: a lot of walking...even the kids couldn't keep up...went shopping for over 5 hours today.
What the scale said today: 171.2 SON OF A!

Despite knowing that I feel tons better when I eat good wholesome food, I still eat crap. Then I feel like crap. Why do we do this to ourselves?
