Recovery Day-Friday
I have already decided that I'm not going to post what I'll be eating on Christmas day unless I am exemplary in my eating. This is mostly because:
A)No one is really reading this
B)No point in actually embarrassing myself more than I already do
C)I wasn't planning on eating well that day to begin with
D)With everything else that I have to do, I don't know if I can make time to post that day
So, there you have it. Christmas is the one day that I don't want to worry about eating. I want to worry about where the hell I'm going to put all those darn new Christmas presents that the kids are going to be getting, if my ham will turn out okay and how I'm going to keep my family well fed and entertained for 5 hours. I probably won't eat breakfast or lunch as it is so it all evens out in the end. Well, hopefully it will. And I'm sure I'll do my usual pick, pick, picking on all the appetizers because that will "technically" be my breakfast/brunch/lunch.
Anyway, today wasn't all that great in the eating department. I'm feeling a tad better, but what's troubling the most is that I'm not hungry in the mornings...in fact, this morning, I almost felt like I was going to vomit when I did eat. I'm hoping that this isn't anything serious (no, I can't be pregnant) or just a weird side-effect from having my ears plugged and my nose stuffed for almost a week.
Diet:
Breakfast: bowl of peanut butter cookie crisp cereal w/2% milk
Water: 1 110z glass
Lunch: McDonald's-grilled chicken sandwich with 3/4 of the mayo removed, 1 serving of medium fries and 2 medium sprites
Dinner: very small square of lasagna, 1.5 small pieces of garlic bread
Water: 1 11oz glass
Activity: Vacuumed, dusted for almost an hour
YES, I sucked at water today.
