Tired of being the "fat girl", I have made a dedication to finally be rid of all my weight. This will be my daily adventures into diet and exercise and some embarrassingly true things about my path to skinny-ville.

Saturday-A day of rest

Actually, with only 4.5 hours of sleep under my belt, a stuffy then runny nose, sneezing and wheezing, I wasn't exactly in the most of active moods. I did, however, manage my eating so that I didn't get out of hand. I got a nice surprise when I stepped on the scale this morning, I had lost 2 pounds overnight. Which only means that my bloating is finally gone.

Diet:
Breakfast: 1 light Yoplait Yogurt
Water: 2 11oz glasses
Lunch: 98% Fat Free Ham, 98% Fat Free Turkey, swiss cheese sandwich on 100% whole wheat bread, mustard, lettuce, tomatoes and red onions. One pickle spear. 1 apple w/1 tsp. of peanut butter
Water: 2 11oz glasses
Dinner: (went out to eat at Knolwoods-so yum!) 3/4 turkey burger w/cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion & thousand island dressing, 1/2 order of fries w/ranch dressing
Water: 3 16oz glasses
Dessert: 4 mint M&M's

What the scale said today: 170.6
