Thursday-A Day of Rest

I took a day off.

Yay.

Diet:
Breakfast: 1 low-fat Yoplait yogurt
Lunch: 1 Smart Start Chicken frozen meal
Water: 1 11oz glass
Dinner: small serving of wheat speghetti noodles with 2 spoonfuls of sauce, 2 small garlic breads
Water: 2 11 oz glasses
Dessert: 12 mint M&M's and 3/4 of a mini snickers bar

What the scale said today: 172.4
