Work Out Day-Cardio/Legs

I knew I was in for it when I woke up, feeling nauseous. But when I started to work out, I felt almost invigorated and got my second wind. I had to ultimately cut my workout short though since "womanly issues" started mid-workout and I was without, um, "product". *sigh*

Work Out:
35 minutes elliptical; level 3; average speed: 70; machine tally calories burned: 407
16 minutes treadmill; average speed 4.0 mph; machine tally calories burned: 100
Seated Leg Press: 3 x 20; 60lb
Standing Calf: 2 x 15; 40lb
Hip Adduction (inner): 100 reps @ 50lb
Hip Abduction (outer): 100 reps @ 30lb
Prone Leg Curl: 2 x 20 30lb
Seated Leg Curl: 2 x 20 30lb
Diet:
Breakfast: 1 low-fat yogurt
Water: 3 .5 L bottles
Lunch: Leftover chicken enchilada w/1 tsp. sour cream, pinch of colby/jack cheese and 2 spoonfuls of mexican rice
Water: 1 11oz glass
Dinner: Leftover chicken enchilada (soft taco size) w/2 pinches of colby/jack cheese and 2.5 spoonfuls of mexican rice.
Water: 1 11oz glass
Dessert: 2 graham crackers w/frosting, 3 M&M's (from my son's gingerbread house that he brought home today) and 1 mini-babe ruth bar.

Loudest thing at the gym today: My clomping feet. I swear, I don't know how people do it but no matter how hard I try, I can't jog or walk quietly on a treadmill. I'm getting tired of the stares. LOL

What the scale said: 172.4 (say huh?)
