RacquetBall Day

Once or twice a week, my husband and I opt for playing racquetball instead of working weights to give our bodies a break and give us an all-body workout. I know that I'm not blowing as many calories and after a day of eating like I had yesterday, it would probably be better for me to have done a full work out, but we rarely get to go to the gym together and we like to actually spend time together (still, after 11 years of marriage), so we do this instead. It's actually a win-win situation for both of us and we always have a fun time doing it.

Exercise:
1 hour of racquetball
Diet:
Breakfast: 1 low-fat yogurt
Water : 2 .5 liter bottles
Lunch: We had to go out to eat since we didn't have time to go back home for food and still drop my daughter off at her preschool-Lunch was at Jack in the Box: 3/4 grilled chicken sandwich, 3/4 medium serving of fries with 1 packet of ranch dressing, 1 packet of ketchup. 1.5 large Sierra Mists
Snack: 9 roasted almonds
Dinner: 1/4 pint of Knott's cole slaw (the best!), 1 hot dog w/a pinch of colby/jack cheese and mustard, a spoonful of chili, 6 doritos chips
Water : 1 11 oz glass
Dessert: 1.5 juice glasses of peanut butter/banana smoothie

What the scale said today: 172.8 (kind of bummed out about this)
