Diet:
Breakfast: 1 light Yoplait Yogurt
Water: 4 .5L bottles of water (at gym)
Snack: 6 red grapes
Lunch: 1 left over turkey burger, mustard, tomato. 1 pickle spear
Water : 2 11oz glasses
Snack: 4 grapes
Dinner: 1 homemade burrito; 2.5 spoonfuls of 15% fat ground beef burrito mixture, refried beans, 2 spoonfuls of taco flavored rice, lettuce, 2 pinches of colby/jack cheese, diced tomatoes, salsa and 2 tsp. lite sour cream. 8 Dorritos corn chips.
Water: 2 11oz glasses
Dessert: 3 small pieces of peanut brittle. I caved into emotional eating because I was so ticked off about my new DVR and digital cable screwing up and I got totally jerked around by their tech support...but I know that's no excuse, but that's why I ate.
