Home Work Out Day
I forgot to post yesterday. Well, not entirely. I remembered at 2am that I needed to, but I wasn't about to do it then.
I'm feeling the need to self motivate more which is really exhausting because I have had to do so much of it. I'm not getting the support I had hoped through by doing this and my family, though they have the best intentions, aren't exactly encouraging me along either.
Regardless, I'm forging ahead, trying my best to do what I can.
Exercise:
2 mile jog/walk-times were the same as Wednesday
Diet:
Breakfast: 1 lite Yoplait yogurt
Water: 1 11oz. glass
Lunch: 1 sandwich on 100% whole wheat bread, 2 slices of 98% fat free turkey, 2 slices of 98% fat free turkey ham, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions
Water: 2 11oz. glasses
Snack: 1 Skor candy bar
Dinner: 1 veal patty, 1 scoop of mashed potaotes, 1 scoop of beef gravy from a jar, 1 scoop of corn, 2 yeast biscuits w/lite butter
Water: 1 11oz glass
What the scale said today: 171.2
