Saturday-A day of rest
It was cold and rainy this morning and I had a lot to do today, so exercise was out the window. As it was, I spent over 5 hours away from home today, doing random stuff, but regardless, I couldn't fit exercise into the entire picture.
**HAPPY NEW YEAR**
Diet:
Breakfast : 1 low-fat yoplait yogurt
Snack: 1 tall peppermint mocha latte decaf; 1 peanut butter filled Hershey kiss
Lunch: Wienerschnitzel: 1 corn dog and 1/2 serving of chili fries
Water: 3 8 oz. glasses
Dinner: 3 scoops of beef stroganoff, 2 butter crescent rolls
Water: 2 11oz glasses
What the scale said today: 171.2
