Saturday-A day of rest

Actually, I should be doing something active today, but my cold has gone "full blown" now and either I'm coughing, sneezing, have snot running down my face or have a headache whenever I put my head lower than a 45 degree angle, so I don't know if "active" is in my agenda. Let's throw in a pinch of PMS and lack of sleep and I'm just a barrel of laughs! NOT!

I fell off the wagon last night....I was up extremely late and got very hungry...I managed to slightly hold myself back, but I ended up having 2 mini peanut butter cups, 6 pringle chips and a pudding cup. That's pretty tame for me, but still not good.

Diet:
Breakfast : bowl of Special K, Vanilla & Almond
Lunch: TACO BELL WOO HOO! I haven't eaten fast food in 2 weeks and I couldn't stop myself...I was out with the kids and it was getting late, had to opt for fast food. I had a cheesy gordita crunch, chicken ranchero soft taco, 1 cinammon twist
Water : 2 small waters
Dinner: 1 pork carnitas burrito w/2 tsp. lite sour cream, 2 tsp. of salsa, shredded lettuce and 2 pinches of colby/jack cheese. 6 corn Dorito chips.
Water: 1 11oz glass
Dessert : 2 reese's mini peanut butter cups and 16 peanut butter M&M's....aye, the devil inside me is abrew'n. I'm going to have to buck up and stop this!

What the scale said today: 172.6
