Work Out Day-Cardio/Arms/Chest/Back

I am staying faithful to my commitment in switching my arms work out to before cardio. I will admit that today was much easier, despite feeling quite lethargic because I'm coming down with a cold. I managed to work up a mini-sweat even. My elliptcals were open and I got the one I wanted and had a quick (well, if you consider 1.5 hours quick) work out that went smoothly.
Work Out:
30 minutes Elliptical; level 3; avg. rpm 70; total machine tally calories burned: 410
16+ minutes treadmill; avg mph 4.0; total machine tally calories burned: 100
Pectoral Fly: 2 x 20; 40 lb
Back Extension: 3 x 20; 55 lb
Row/Rear Delt: 2 x 20; 30 lb
Vertical Press: 2 x 20; 45 lb
Arm Extension (triceps): 2 x 20 @ 30 lb
Arm Curl (bicep): 2 x 20; 30 lb (I stepped it up, got through the first 20 easy, second 20 started to struggle from rep 14 onward but I managed through. It was very hard.)
Tricep Press: 2 x 20; 70 lb
55 hanging stomach crunches
Diet:
Breakfast: 1 low-fat yogurt
Water: 3 .5 liter bottles
Lunch: 1 homemade burrito; 2.5 spoonfuls of 15% fat ground beef burrito mixture, refried beans, 2 spoonfuls of taco flavored rice, lettuce, 2 pinches of colby/jack cheese, salsa and 2 tsp. lite sour cream. 6 Dorritos corn chips.
Water: 2 11 oz glasses
Dinner: 3 thin pieces of pork roast, 2 spoonfuls of mashed potatoes, 4 T. homemade gravy, 1 spoonful of corn, 2 grands biscuits
Water: 1 11 oz glass
Dessert: (I was hoping to avoid this, but I caved!) 2 small pieces of peanut brittle, 1/2 mini snickers bar

Grossest thing at the gym today: Overweight male walking in front of me, with a perfect round circle of sweat in the middle of his backside. NOT pretty. Oh, and me too...with my runny nose and my under boob sweat, I was a sight for VERY sore eyes. No seriously.

What the scale said today: 172.6 Damn peanut brittle!
