Home Work Out Day - Monday
I was packed and ready to go to the gym, when my daughter had another coughing fit and I figured that it was best that we did a home work out today. She ended up coughing a lot for most of the morning. Turned out to be a good decision.
I'm really starting to enjoy my 2 mile walk....I used to dread it because that's all that I did for a year with no change. But it's nice to be out in the fresh air and not being overloaded with the smell of powder air freshener and sweat from the gym. LOL
Exercise:
2 mile walk/jog
30 minute weight loss pilates dvd
Diet:
Breakfast: 1 low-fat yoplait yogurt
Water: 1 .5 L bottle, 1 11oz glass
Lunch: medium-large salad w/tomatoes, 1/2 avocado in slices, red onions, one pinch of cheddar cheese and 3 T. fat-free Ranch dressing; 5 pringles
Water: 1 11oz glass
Dinner: 1 turkey burger, 2 scoops of mac&cheese shells
Water: 2 11oz glasses
What the scale said today: 172.6
