Home Work Out Day - Tuesday
Daughter sick again. She was coughing all morning. Opted for the walk, but didn't do the pilates. Wasn't even remotely motivated. BAD ME.
Exercise:
2 mile walk/jog
Diet:
Breakfast: bowl of Special K w/Vanilla & Almonds, 2% milk
Water: 1 11oz glass
Lunch: 1 chicken and potatoes "Smart One" frozen meal, 2 chicken nuggets that my daughter wouldn't eat
WaterL 1 11 oz glass
Snack: 15 wheat thins w/Rodele lite garlic and herb cheese spread
Dinner: 2 thin chicken breasts baked w/a corn flake breading & country gravy (from a powder), 1 scoop of Pasta Roni cheesey shells, small salad w/1.5 T. fat-free ranch dressing
Water: 2 11oz glasses
