Work Out Day-Cardio/Arms/Chest/Back

I feel invigorated. I had a great work out today. I sweat like a mad dog. I have the smell to go with the sweat, but it's all good. I feel empowered like I'm doing something again. I like this feeling.

Work Out:
35 minutes Elliptical; level 3; avg. rpm 74; total machine tally calories burned: 487
16+ minutes treadmill; avg mph 4.0; total machine tally calories burned: 100
Pectoral Fly: 2 x 20; 40 lb
Back Extension: 3 x 20; 60 lb
Row/Rear Delt: 2 x 20; 30 lb
Vertical Press: 2 x 20; 45 lb
Arm Extension (triceps): 20 @ 50 lb; 20 @ 40 lb
Arm Curl (bicep): 2 x 20; 20 lb
Tricep Press: 2 x 20; 70 lb
50 hanging stomach crunches

Diet:
Breakfast: 1 low-fat yoplait yogurt
Water: 4 .5 L bottles (at gym)
Snack: 10 triscuits with cheese spread
Lunch: leftover turkey hamburger with NO CHEESE (a huge sacrafice...LOL), 3 forkfuls of cole slaw, 3 forkfuls of macaroni salad, 2 bites of french bread pizza (that my husband shared with me)
Water: 1 11oz glass
Dinner: 1 chicken hot dog, 1 beef hot dog w/chili and a pinch of cheese on top, 1 forkful of macaroni salad and 15 baked fries w/chili on top.
Water: 2 11oz glasses

Most Annoying thing I saw at the gym today: FREAKING CELL PHONE TALKERS!! UGH!!! I honestly don't "GET" why people constantly talk on their cell phones while working out. You can't tell me that their work outs aren't effected by it because they aren't working out as hard, as fast, as much...they are too busy talking, thinking that everyone else wants to be as popular as they are at that moment. Not to mention, the people that think it's perfectly fine to just sit on the machine, talking away while people want to use that machine. Totally rude and inconsiderate.
Another annoying thing that happened today at the gym: Every day during the week, with exception to Wednesday, there is a fantastic lady that opens up daycare that is promptly there before 8 so that no one has to wait. Every Wednesday, there is another girl that comes, always 10 minutes late that shouts "THE CLOCK IS FAST IN THIS PLACE!" as soon as she runs in the door, dragging her 2 kids...then runs into the day care telling everyone that she was totally on time, but there was traffic (or insert numerous other excuses here) on her way to the gym but she SWEARS that her clock says 8 o'clock in her car. No apologies, nothing. Hate to break it to you babe, but your clock is slow...and so are you. Puts me off to get there all motivated to just have to wait 10 minutes before I can do anything.

What the scale said today: 171.2
