Work Out Day-Cardio/Legs

I am working out with a cold and have been since Monday. I was feeling better after my work outs, but today, that was NOT the case. I felt more drained than ever and I literally had to drag my fat butt out of the gym. I'm still tired and I've had time to relax and everything!
Work Out:
35 minutes elliptical; level 3; average speed: 69; machine tally calories burned: 396
10 minutes treadmill; average speed 4.0 mph; machine tally calories burned: 67 (accidentally hit the stop button and when I tried to restart the treadmill, it reset completely and I just said "screw it" and got off)
Seated Leg Press: 3 x 20; 50lb
Standing Calf: 2 x 15; 40lb
Hip Adduction (inner): 100 reps @ 50lb
Hip Abduction (outer): 100 reps @ 30lb
Prone Leg Curl: 2 x 20 30lb
Seated Leg Curl: 2 x 20 30lb
Leg Extension: 2 x 20 20lb
60 Hanging Stomach Crunches
Diet:
Breakfast: 1 light Yoplait Yogurt
Water: 3 .5L bottles of water (at gym)
Lunch: 1 homemade burrito (soft taco sized); 2 spoonfuls of 15% fat ground beef burrito mixture, refried beans, 2 spoonfuls of taco flavored rice, lettuce, 2 pinches of colby/jack cheese, salsa and 1 tsp. lite sour cream. 6 Dorritos corn chips. 1 apple with 1 T. peanut butter to spread.
Water: 1 11oz glass
Dinner: 2 white corn tacos filled with refried beans, pork carnitas (leftovers from last night with chicken taco seasoning on them), lettuce, chopped tomatoes, salsa and 1 tsp. of lite sour cream
Water: 1 11 oz glass

Funniest thing at the gym today: seeing someone get hit in the butt with a racquetball, while on the court, right in front of me. I couldn't help but burst out laughing in mid-stomach crunch because it looked so funny...and because that has happened to me more times than I can count.

What the scale said today: 172.6
