Sunday-A Day Of Rest
Alright, I didn't post yesterday because:
A) like I said, no one is really reading this
B) I ate at a party and couldn't account for every piece of food I put in my mouth
C) I really didn't eat dinner
D) My weight is the same today so ultimately, it doesn't matter
Dealing with a sick kid today...this time it's the FLU...UGH! But at least I did some activity...I cleaned the entire house so I know that I wasted some calories.
Diet:
Breakfast: none
Lunch: Chicken salad bagel sandwich w/a slice of swiss cheese, 1 gala apple with 1.5 T. of peanut butter
Water: 1 11oz glass
Snack: 6 triscuits with a few bites of chicken salad
Dinner: left over chicken enchilada, chips w/salsa and a few bites of Spanish rice
Water: 2 11oz glasses
Dessert: 2 oreos and about 20 peanut butter filled M&M's
What the scale said today: 172.2
