Work Out Day-Cardio/Legs
Today, I still felt motivated but I knew I was going to drag. I am very sore from my arm work out which made working out on the elliptical a little tricky since my chest and arms were so sore...but I managed through.
Work Out:
35 minutes elliptical; level 3; average speed: 74; machine tally calories burned: 492
14+ minutes treadmill; average speed 4.0 mph; machine tally calories burned: 100
Seated Leg Press: 3 x 20; 60lb
Standing Calf: 2 x 15; 40lb
Hip Adduction (inner): 100 reps @ 50lb
Hip Abduction (outer): 100 reps @ 30lb
Prone Leg Curl: 2 x 20 30lb
Seated Leg Curl: 2 x 20 35lb
Leg Extension: 2 x 20 20lb
*Forgot stomach crunches! UGH!*
Diet:
1.5 cups of Special K Vanilla & Almond cereal w/ 2% milk
Water: 4 .5 L bottles @ gym
Lunch: Bagel w/cheese spread and chicken salad w/lettuce, 1/2 cinnamon cookie
Water: 1 11oz water
Dinner: 1 burrito size chicken enchilada w/shredded lettuce and 2 tsp. of lite sour cream, 2 scoops of Spanish rice
Water: 2 11oz glasses
What the scale said today: 173.2 That sucks. Talk about a huge demotivator.
