RacquetBall Day-Monday
I know that I've been missing. I have to admit that I haven't been much in the mood to post here. I wish I had more support. I feel myself getting more and more demotivated.
I wanted to go to the gym with hubby, so that meant playing some raquetball because he hasn't been in the mood to work out.
It was fun.
Exercise:
1 hour of raquetball
Diet:
Breakfast: 1 low-fat yoplait yogurt
Water: 2 .5 L bottles of water
Snack: 2 M&M's
Lunch: Bowl of homemade chili w/20 doritos corn chips and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese
Water: 2 11 oz glasses
Dinner: 1 ground turkey burrito, 8 corn tortilla chips
Water: 2 11oz glasses
Dessert: 1 heart shaped ding dong
What the scale said today: 172.2
