Work Out Day-Cardio/Arms/Chest/Back

Work Out:

35 minutes Elliptical; level 3; avg. rpm 72; total machine tally calories burned: 488
8+ minutes treadmill, avg. speed 4.0; total machine tally calories burned: 50
Pectoral Fly: 2 x 20; 40 lb
Back Extension: 3 x 20; 60 lb
Row/Rear Delt: 2 x 20; 40 lb
Vertical Press: 2 x 20; 45 lb
Arm Extension (triceps): 2 x 20 @ 40 lb
Arm Curl (bicep): 2 x 20; 30 lb
Tricep Press: 2 x 20; 70 lb
60 hanging stomach crunches

Diet:

Breakfast: 1 low-fat yoplait yogurt
Water: 4 .5 L bottles (at gym)
Lunch: leftover ground turkey burrito w/3 doritos tortilla chips
Water: 1.5 11oz glasses
Dinner: 2 pork carnita tacos (homemade) w/cheese, refried beans, lite sour cream, lettuce and salsa. 2 spoonfuls of taco rice.
Water: 2 11 oz glasses

Weird thing I saw at the gym today: This tall, lanky guy with bright red hair that was pulled back into a ponytail with a dark blue scrunchie. He was wearing bike shorts and clipless pedal bicicle shoes and then I realized that he was doing the spinning class. But seriously, talk about gung ho and whoa, what's up with the scrunchie???

What the scale said today: 172.4 Ok, the scale moved...in the WRONG direction
