Work Out Day-Cardio/Legs

Work Out:

35 minutes elliptical; level 3; average speed: 72; machine tally calories burned: 486
8+ minutes treadmill; average speed 4.0 mph; machine tally calories burned: 50
Seated Leg Press: 3 x 20; 60lb
Standing Calf: 2 x 15; 40lb
Hip Adduction (inner): 100 reps @ 50lb
Hip Abduction (outer): 100 reps @ 30lb
Prone Leg Curl: 2 x 20 30lb
Seated Leg Curl: 2 x 20 35lb
Leg Extension: 2 x 15; 1 x 10 30lb
60 Hanging Stomach crunches

Diet:

Breakfast: 1 bowl of Special K Fruit & Yogurt w/2% milk
Water: 3.5 .5 liter bottles of water *at gym
Snack: 3 Reese's Pieces
Lunch: Taco Bell. I definitely over ate. I had a cheesy gordita crunch, a soft taco and a spicy chicken soft taco, plus 2 large sierra mists and about 12 cinnamon twists. I am paying for it though...my stomach is in knots and I feel sickly.
Dinner: 1 small serving of spaghetti w/meat sauce, 1 crescent roll and 1 small serving of green beans
Water: 1 11oz glass

Nothing interesting to report about the gym today.

What the scale said today: 172 Going down!
