Home Work Out Day - Saturday
Dragged the kids along with me again to do some trail jogging and walking...the kids were relatively well behaved so it wasn't as bad as last week.
FOR THE RECORD-Blogger ate yesterday's post, but I *DID* go to the gym and work out my arms w/cardio. I did really well yesterday too, in regards to eating and working out and I'm pretty bummed out that my post disappeared. There are some weird things happening with blogger right now. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm.
Exercise:
2 mile jog/walk - hills and dirt trail included
Diet:
Breakfast: bowl of Life cereal w/yogurt clusters & 2% milk
Water: 1/2 .5 liter bottle
Lunch: ham/turkey/swiss cheese sandwich on 100% whole wheat bread
Water: 2 11oz glasses
Dinner: Denny's-egg scramble w/potatoes, peppers and pepper jack cheese, hash browns, 2 sausage, 1 piece of bacon and 3 pancakes
Water: 1.5 20 oz glasses
Dessert: 1 reese's peanut butter cup mini
What the scale said today: 171.8...but it won't say that tomorrow, I assure you. LOL
