RacquetBall Day - Wednesday
I haven't posted the last few days because I have been eating utterly horribly and to rehash it would be a nightmare for me to relive and horrifying to show the world how much I can punish myself with food. I have been showing no restraint, despite thinking how I need to stop eating, need to stop snacking, shouldn't be eating etc.
Yesterday, I put myself on a mini-fast so that I could shed some water weight from my salt intake over the last few days. My water retention was ridiculous. I never put salt on my food and cook with only seasoned salt....but when you eat out, they put so much salt on your food. It was successful, I lost 2 pounds of water in one day and I knew that would happen when I did that. I really didn't "fast" in the true meaning of the word, I just skipped breakfast, drank a lot of water, only ate fruit for lunch (which was VERY hard to do) and then ate very little for dinner. I also played racquetball for an hour, went for a 1 mile walk carrying 2 5lb weights and rotating bicep curls, 50 sit ups...
Exercise:
45 minutes of racquetball
Diet:
Breakfast: none (mini-fast continued until this morning)
Water: 4 .5 liter bottles (at gym)
Lunch: left over stroganoff, small serving, with medium serving of peas and carrots w/pepper; 8 dorito tortilla chips and 1 reese's mini peanut butter cup
Water: 2 11 oz glasses
Dinner: 1 turkey burger w/swiss cheese, 10 baked zesty fries, 1.5 scoops of mac&cheese shells
Water: 1 11oz glass
I plan on making my lite banana bread for dessert (I only use lite bisquik for it and it has no butter in it) and plan on having 1 piece (but that hasn't happened yet, it's still baking).
What the scale said today: 171.8

The banana bread ended up being a tad flavorless, but the kids loved it. I just used frozen peas and carrots...LOL
