Work Out Day-Cardio/Legs
I have to say that I'm starting to feel a little out of steam about working out. I was relieved to have two racquetball days this week. I was not looking forward to getting back into the grind. Didn't help that I gained back some weight from yesterday and I was *trying* to be good. I do feel slimmer though. I got on my scale, that does body fat, and it says that my percentage was 35. That's NOT GOOD. Especially since when I had my body fat taken last August, I was at 35.1%. Had it done in September and it was 34.6%...how is it that I've lost 8 pounds since September and my body fat INCREASED?! Let's just say that it really upset me.
Work Out:
36 minutes elliptical; level 3; average speed: 75; machine tally calories burned: 500
6+ minutes treadmill; average speed 5.0 mph; machine tally calories burned: 50
Seated Leg Press: 3 x 20; 60lb
Standing Calf: 2 x 15; 40lb
Hip Adduction (inner): 100 reps @ 50lb
Hip Abduction (outer): 100 reps @ 35lb
Prone Leg Curl: 2 x 20 30lb
Seated Leg Curl: 2 x 20 35lb
Leg Extension: 1 x 10 @ 40lb; 3 x 10 30lb
50 Hanging Stomach crunches
Diet:
Breakfast: low-fat yoplait yogurt
Water: 3.5 .5 liter bottles
Lunch: 1 turkey burger w/mustard ONLY, 4 peach slices
Water: 1 11oz glass
Dinner: 2 small scoops of spaghetti noodles w/meat sauce, 1 scoop of green beans, 2 butter flavored crescent rolls
Water: 2 11 oz glasses
Dessert: 1 thin slice of homemade lite banana bread w/lite margerine
