Work Out Summary

I have been neglecting my postings because I have had a lot of family drama and issues at home lately and haven't felt motivated or willing to post here. I really appreciate the few that have come out of the woodwork to support my blog and be here for me. That has really meant a lot to me during this time of need.

I have been hitting the gym though and trying to be good despite the serious lack of sleep that I have been suffering through. I finally made up for it last night and feel energized enough to post here, though I forgot to weigh myself today.

I will not be able to post much about diet, etc. because my mother-in-law is flying in tomorrow morning and despite cleaning all week, have decided that the hardcore cleaning will happen tonight.
